Meet Your Panelists

Madi Beumee - Madi Beumee was a working performer when the pandemic hit, and she built something entirely different. She founded Live Like Mad, a consultancy helping creator-led businesses and direct-to-consumer brands grow audiences that actually turn into revenue. She's worked with brands like Snif, Female Founder Collective, and Cora, and today lives at the intersection of strategist and creator. Her hands-on experience as a content creator with 120K+ followers makes her a sharper strategist, and her work behind the scenes is rooted in one thing: turning followers into customers

Annie Song - Annie Song, PhD is a scientist and entrepreneur working at the intersection of immunology, innovation, and design. She holds a PhD in Immunology and is currently an immunologist in the biotechnology industry in Boston, where she leads drug discovery programs aimed at transforming treatments for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Alongside her scientific work, Annie founded Stylles Jewelry, a fine-jewelry brand dedicated to timeless design, meaningful gemstones, and self-expression. Through Stylles, she creates curated collections and immersive experiences that connect science, art, and personal identity. Driven by curiosity and creativity, Annie embodies the dual identity of scientist and founder—translating complex science into real-world impact while building a brand that celebrates individuality, confidence, and modern femininity.

Zola Coleman - Zola Coleman holds a degree in Journalism from Boston University and an MBA in Marketing from Northeastern University. While putting herself through school, she spent more than a decade working in hospitality, an experience that shaped her approach to the service industry. She later transitioned into catering, experiential marketing, and large-scale event planning, eventually launching her own company in 2021. In 2022, she joined Bow Market as Events and Partnerships Director.

In this role, Zola curates experiences that bring people together and reflect the diverse cultures, interests, and talents of the Bow Market community. She oversees events ranging from large markets and corporate gatherings to private celebrations, while also leading partnership and sponsorship initiatives with local and national organizations. Her work focuses on creating thoughtful, experience-driven collaborations that connect brands, nonprofits, and community.

Olivia Boyd - Olivia Boyd is a marketer, storyteller, and lifelong athlete. A former collegiate field hockey player turned marathoner, she has completed three World Marathon Majors—an experience that continues to shape how she approaches discipline, growth, and showing up fully over time.

After more than a decade in the entertainment industry, Olivia pivoted into her other passion—health and fitness—and now serves as Marketing Director at Rev’d Fitness, a Boston brand expanding to 10 studios nationwide this year. In her role, she focuses on building a brand rooted in teamwork, movement, and connection.

She is also the creator of Bright Light Media, a personal brand and Substack where she shares reflections on growth, creativity, and the ongoing practice of becoming her brightest self.
