Making Strides Boston
Girlfriends! Time to get those walking shoes on and support a great cause!
Join us October 3rd for a walk with Boston Making Strides (American Cancer Society).
We are so excited to join as a GFB team to help support the American Cancer Association - more specifically breast cancer.
We would love to do this walk as a team! If you are interested in joining please sign up as a team member here. We do ask that you make a contribution of at least $10 or whatever you heart desires. And don't forget to wear your best pink!
We will be doing the short route (2 miles) starting at 9:30am, so please arrive by 9am!
Please keep an eye out in our Whatsapp group if you are a member and if you are not a member, keep an eye out on our IG stories the morning of! We will be meeting near the registration booth and Helen (our ambassador) will be wearing a pink sweatshirt!

Kayaking with PaddleBoston
One of our favorite traditions is BACK!
Join us on Sunday, August 23rd at 10:30 AM in Kendall Sq (Kayaking starts at 11 AM) for a fun Sunday on the Charles with new friends, followed by a meetup at DIG Kendall Square.
Ticket pricing includes the Boat Rental for a shared kayak with one more Girlfriend.
We will be kayaking for 1-2 hours, but we’ll assess the day of

A charity walk + pilates class benefiting earthquake relief in Venezuela on Sunday, July 12th
Girlfriends Boston is teaming up with Boston Girls Who Walk for a morning that's part movement, part community, and all heart.
Both of our founders are Venezuelan, and after two major earthquakes hit Venezuela, we wanted to bring our communities together to help — and to raise awareness for what's happening back home.
Every ticket is $10 (+ service fee), and 100% of proceeds go directly to earthquake relief efforts in Venezuela.
📣Here's the plan:
we'll meet up in Seaport for coffee and connection, walk along the waterfront to Christopher Columbus Park, then flow into a pilates class led by Movement with Jill — all before lunchtime. Stick around after for small bites and drinks while you meet new girlfriends.
