 Join Girlfriends Boston and Source Method for a summer evening designed to unplug, breathe, and make real connections — no phones, no pressure, just presence!

 This special edition of the Modern Mindful Pop-Up Series — a unique pop-up series blending breathwork with mindful modalities, music, connection, and offline presence — invites you to drop into conscious connected breathwork, guided journaling, and intentional community in a phone-free setting above the city. Each guest will receive a custom phone bag to safely tuck away their device and be fully present.

 What to Expect:

– A guided Source Method breathwork session set to a modern, curated playlist
– Space to reflect with prompts + journaling time
– Icebreaker cards and conversation starters to spark authentic connection
– A community hangout with music, mocktails, and a screen-free Polaroid station to capture the moment

🚴‍♂️ Girlfriends Boston x Rev’d Ride: Connection + Sweat + Pizza Night 🍕

Join us Thursday, May 29th from 6-8 PM for an energizing evening of connection, movement, and good vibes!

We’ll kick things off with a fun team building and connection activity outside Rev’d to break the ice and set the tone. Then, we’ll clip in for a 45-minute Rev’d Ride - an athletically challenging, music-driven cycling session designed to push you mentally and physically. Expect to ride to the rhythm, tackle resistance, and discover your inner greatness - together.

After the ride, we’ll cool down with pizza and social time to refuel and hang out!

Please note: The ride features flashing lights and strobing effects that may affect photosensitive athletes.

🌟 The Challenge: 15-20 competitors will step up to create their own signature pizza—whether it’s their go-to favorite or a bold new masterpiece. A panel of judges will taste, deliberate, and crown a winner.

Join us for a day of volunteering while meeting incredible new friends with Give n’ Glow, a 501(c)3 nonprofit committed to empowering women through beauty. They are joining forces with Glowbar and Girlfriends Boston to provide 1,000 women in need with self-care essentials.

Through this collaboration, beauty care kits filled with high-quality beauty products, generously donated by brands such a SkinFix, Saie Beauty, Henkel, Shielded Beauty, and Clarins, will be distributed to shelters and organizations across Massachusetts.

On April 5, from 12pm-2pm, the communities of all of these organizations will gather to give back with beauty and amplify Give n' Glow's mission through volunteering together.

100% of the proceeds will go to Give n’ Glow - GET YOUR TICKETS HERE!
